Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable - CA - Big4

Experience : 4-6 Years from Industry (Only 2010-2012 CA Batches apply)

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA

The JD :

- Handling vendor payments, ensuring timely payments and resolving requester queries, Payment checking, approving online (banking channel) payment checking and processing, Reconciliation of the payments with POs

- Ensuring the related Statutory compliances as per the due dates

- Preparation of various MIS - monthly expenses details

- Preparing Cash flow projections

- Coordinating with the statutory authority and handling various audits (ESI, PF, VAT, WCT, internal audits)

- Preparation of various details for Balance sheet finalization

- SFIS compliance

Essentials :

- Good Communication Skills and MS Excel Skills

- Well versed with the compliances for both domestic and overseas vendor payments
