Assistant Manager - Accounts - Manufacturing Firm - CA

We seek Chartered Accountant having 2-3 years experience in accounts and finance in Manufacturing company, especially in field of Consolidation of accounts, Treasury function.

- MIS reporting to Management

- Review of subsidiaries operation and accounting support

- Quarterly consolidation of accounts and reporting as per SEBI Listing agreement

- Lead in daily banking transactions.

- Lead in treasury management

- Lead in any finance arrangement with Banks / Financial Institution

- Assist in merger and acquisition transactions
