Assistant Manager - Accounts - Healthcare

Position - Assistant Manager Accounts

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Operational end to end accounting in SAP

- Accruals, Prepayments, Maintaining Fixed Assets Register, regular booking of Depreciation and maintaining FAR up to date, other related activities and finally Month close

- Main person responsible for USGAAP and other related accounting including Internal control with respect to the area been handled

- Focus on the efficiency of the given process to ensure that open items are closed on time

- Require to perform financial analysis of divisional and functional spent between actual vs forecast vs budget on need basis

- Require various data drilling for the FC on analysis of various divisions/entities

- Intercompany commission calculation, its reconciliation and IC confirmation

- Overall supervision of GL and health of accounts.

- Working on the open items to ensure its timely closure. Coordination with stakeholders/cross functional team.
