CA/MBA with 2 to 5 years experience
- Manage the overall SBU Accounting, Billing, Finance & Banking functions and managing a team of 7-8 members who will be directly reporting to him/her
- Coordinating with the top management for day to day accounting & finance activities
- Coordinating, facilitating the documentation and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place
- Managing the day to day accounting operations and internal controls including regulatory compliance and preparation of statutory accounts as well as monthly management accounts
- Getting internal and external audits completed within agreed timelines
- Supervise and monitor the receivables and payables situation to achieve appropriate working capital levels and monitor cash flows, bank accounts and intra firm transfers
- Maintain day-to-day financial control of the SBU within budget heads as agreed by the top management
- Should have handled collection or AR
- Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored including credit control
- Manage and control expenses and capital expenditure
- Co-ordination with partners on invoicing and ensuring that the same is sent to the clients on a regular basis
- Setting up projections in relation to WIP and top line for the SBU and ensuring that the top line projections are met with
- Weekly Reports on fund & treasury management
- Providing inputs with respect to new areas and taking necessary approvals as per the firm's policies & guidelines
- Co-ordination with Partners and lawyers in various operational activities
- Banking relationship to be managed in its entirety for Delhi office
- Providing crucial inputs to clients as and when needed
- Contributes to overall efficiency and effectiveness of the firm and contributes towards bottom line through a process of cost reduction and effectively managing the debtors from the reporting angle
- To manage the accounting functions & meet the revenue targets of the SBU
- Introduce standardised systems and implement them for the office & manage the team independently
- Should be B.com/M.Com/CA(Inter)/ICWA(Inter) with 10 to 12 years of experience or a CA/ICWA with 2 to 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills and team management skills. The candidate should be currently managing a team of 4 to 6 members
- Should have thorough knowledge of Tally 9.0 and MS Excel
- Should be ready to travel to Mumbai office for a week once in a quarter.
