Key Responsibility Area
- Single point of contact for Client based in UK
- Overall Task Management of the Team reporting to you
- Overall Review of the Team Reporting to you - includes Training & Performance Management of team
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times, ensuring discretion and diplomacy when required and able to maintain confidentiality regarding personal training records and other sensitive information
- To undertake a range of tasks and can focus to complete within deadlines
- To own and take responsibility for tasks as well as supporting the wider business to meet the team objectives
- Continue to develop and learn to enhance the service delivery
- Contribute to the internal and external excellent service we strive to deliver.
- Payment run file (Supplier + Student Refund), Management Accounts & Balance Sheet Review for entire team
- Month End Procedure carried out properly by team
- Review of work carried out by AR / Treasury Associate & assist Treasury team member in any queries
- Review of work carried out by Accounts Payable Associate & assist Payable team member in any queries
- Resolve team queries
- Cover up/Planning for the Team reporting to you in case he / she is on leave
- Client reporting reports send to client directly post review of P&L, Ledgers
- Completion of Team task Management accounts, Accounts Payable, Treasury and Other task
- Client queries allocate to right person in the team or get back to client directly where appropriate
- To make sure all the relevant training received by new team members timely
- Assist client in Audit requirements
- Work on Adhoc Projects as per requirement of client
