The role involves working with Growth Acceleration leadership team and supporting them in strategic priorities / initiatives in line function's overall business objectives. It's a mix of strategic and operations role with an element of supporting the leaders in team management and overall operations.
Essential Functions of the Job -
- The role involves working with leadership and individual region portfolio managers to drive higher penetration
- Working with the leadership team, the position contributes to the development and implementation of key frameworks, operate model, policies and operating protocols
- Assist in developing account plans and relationship enhancement strategies. Execute on the plan, track and report progress.
- Foster, develop and build high-impact relationships with decision makers/influencers in the customer organization and stakeholders within by strong understanding of their evolving needs, expectations, perceptions and key business imperatives
- Ability to identify and execute potential opportunities to add value to a region by working closely with all service lines and functions within.
- Build a relationship of trust and openness with the Region leadership and stakeholders; increasingly becoming the Go To person for non-Service Delivery issues, and/or aware of any issues that affect the overall.
- Collaborate with reporting / business analytics function to deliver insightful reporting, improve data integrity and management, and utilize analytics to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance
- Participate in monthly/ quarterly business reviews with the Account leaders and SL / CBS regional teams
- Play a lead role in managing virtual / in-person client events by developing plans in conjunction with internal and external leadership, and drive the discussions to meet the agreed objectives.
- Share leading practices and activities from other account/functional teams with area leadership and brainstorms go-to-market strategies
- Ability to use a strategic, solution-oriented approach to creating interest in our unique value proposition with senior level executives
Knowledge and Skills Requirements -
- Should be able to conceptualize/visualize business solution and deliver a customized presentation, business collaterals articulating progressive value proposition to the executive level audiences and follow up with the leaders to create a competitive advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with senior leadership (Director / Partner level)
- Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment
-Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a - global mindset- .
- Adopt a consultative /partnering approach with stakeholders; ability to - wear many hats- on the job
- Knowledge of management concepts/tools such as Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Value proposition etc.
Supervision Responsibilities -
The role is primarily an independent contributor role, however, the individual need to work in a cross functional environment.
