Job Description :

- Responsible contract management / price / batch management.

- To prepare demand projection as per season pharmacy wise / region wise.

- Maintain exceptions and prepare monthly calendar and execute with IT.

- To coordinate tech related issues with IT.

- Develop and implement logic for pharmacy as per guidance Head supply chain.

- Responsible for blocking the quantity company wise with suppliers.

- Support all other cross functions in providing the data and develop dash boards in power BI.

- Serve as the authoritative resource on supply chain management and maintain a robust financial oversight program over pharmaceutical costs.

- Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.

- Maintain industry best practices for pharmaceutical product sourcing and contracting.

- Provide oversight to the development and execution of pharmacy services short and long-term goals as they relate to the Pharmacy Supply Chain.

- Advocate for appropriate resource allocation to achieve established goals.

- Effectively and continually maintain open lines of communication with management, staff, and customers to facilitate the flow of relevant information.

- Provide timely and accurate communication, both written and verbal as appropriate, regarding supply chain changes.

- Ensure Supply Chain related policies and procedures are current and adhered to.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers across India.

- Comprehensive understanding of general pharmaceutical products and industry trends.

- Strong personality with excellent communication and email writing skills.

- Proficient in price negotiation and convincing suppliers.

- Capable of handling challenges effectively, demonstrating responsibility and a pragmatic approach.

- Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently and maintain detailed records.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and adherence to company policies.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and procurement needs.
