People Operations team partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, cultivating and influencing strong relationships. Being part of this team you'll drive continuous improvements in existing processes through transformation, process re-engineering and investment in tools and automation regionally and nationally.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement Company policies
- Define fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to Company's strategy and business goals
- Manage benefit enrollments with external providers and brokers, including conducting data audits, and oversee annual reporting
- Take responsibility and ownership for HR processes, assuming responsibility for operations, management and continuous improvement of these processes
- Support and address queries from employees around benefits, processes and policies, internal HR systems and other programs
- Identify trends in employee queries and propose simple tech driven scalable solutions
- Create detailed reports on HR costs
Job Requirements:
- Experience with data analytics and reporting
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
- Demonstrated communication, analytical and problem solving skills, combined with excellent business judgment
- Extensive knowledge of HRMS and MS Office.
Salary Offered : 7 - 13 LPA
