Assistant HR Business Partner Fintech
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Planning :
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align withn business objectives and support company growth.
Employee Relations :
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition :
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the fintech industry.
Performance Management :
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to ensure effective performance management and development.
Employee Development :
- Identify training and development needs, design and deliver programs to enhance employee skills, and support career growth.
Organizational Development :
- Assist in designing and implementing organizational changes, including restructuring, role definition, and succession planning.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
HR Metrics and Reporting :
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, company policies, and best practices in HR management.
Diversity and Inclusion :
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
HR Projects :
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support company goals and improve HR processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Experience in the fintech or technology industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience with organizational development and change management.
- Familiarity with international HR practices and regulations.
