Assistant Head - Packaging Division - Tea Industry

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The Group is looking for a dynamic individual with sincerity to start & steer the packaging division from the Kolkata right from conceptualization to packaging, selling & Marketing under its belt.

- Create a Master roadmap for launching the packeting division of the group

- Discuss, Design packaging, costing & prepare a selling plan.

- After that mainly to conduct and supervise the whole Tea packaging process, including appointing distributors, procurement, packaging Dispatch, Distribution etc.

- Create a Tea packaging Team under his supervision

- Follow-up with various activities for retailing.

- Visit to market for field force Manpower, Brand issue and resolution.

- Tea-Marketing with various government, state tenders & Military Authorities

- Sketch out a Monthly Development plan under the supervision of the Directors of the Company.

Candidates with experience in Tea Industry will be preferred.
