The Assistant Brand Manager supports the BM in bringing in new development work on the brand and takes responsibility for the countries where we have direct docking responsibility. S/he will independently lead a project Expertise and will have overall responsibility for managing Brand Management
1. Supports the team in strategic business and innovation planning.
2. Will lead certain projects for India and will also be responsible for all innovation/renovation project(s) and business delivery for Pakistan and Bangladesh.
3. Lead network management for launches in India
4. Closely work with other Global Project Leaders in the team to deliver innovation (incl. Mix, BET, Trade story etc) that fits the country requirements and bringing the BSP to life at a local level.
5. Leads IPM process for projects in scope and work plan, incl. among others, preparation of gate documents and business cases, organization of kick-off meetings with countries, information sharing with countries etc
6. Leads communication assets adaptation process for docking countries
7. Responsibility for Country Management:
a. Develops an in-depth understanding of a regional markets mentioned
b. Leads regular BB-BD country calls.
c. Is accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health in key regions mentioned above by constantly evaluating performance of regional support activities against measurable objectives in key countries. This includes undertaking post launch evaluations and applying learnings, identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance.
d. Responsible for business deliverables for markets mentioned above.
