Position : ValueBPS Senior Consultant - Media & Information Services

Superior's Position : M&IS ValueBPS Lead

Purpose :

- Lead transformation projects for key accounts so as to deliver business value-add to the clients

- Carry out Value Chain Optimization Consulting for new and existing clients to support achievement of client's strategic business objectives

- Support solution teams in building transformation solutions as part of response to RFP / RFIs.

Minimum Requirements :

Education : Professional qualification (Engineer / MBA / MCA etc.); can be waived for exceptional candidates with strong execution experience

Relevant work experience : 8 - 15 years

Business Understanding, Knowledge & Experience :

- Deep understanding of the Publishing, Broadcasting and Information Services industry.

- Working knowledge of Digital Services :

a) Digital Campaign management

b) Digital content creation, management, publishing and digital asset management

c) Display advertising, web based marketing, social marketing and search marketing

- Knowledge of project management principles and practices

- Hands on knowledge of at least one process improvement methodology such as Lean Six Sigma

- Functional knowledge of IT applications and Robotic Process Automation tools

Transformation :

- Analyse the processes and pain areas to identify opportunities for transformation.

- Prepare the transformation roadmap detailing the timelines, dependencies, benefits etc. and present same to key stakeholders

Consulting :

- Preparation and presentation of consulting proposals around value chain optimization of core media processes

- Execution of consulting projects and presentation of output to clients

- Achievement of the consulting targets set for the domain

Solution support :

- Work with solution generation team in response to RFI, RFP etc. to ideate and present possibilities of transformation in the in-scope processes
