Job Responsibilities:
- P&L Leader for West Zone - Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, etc.
- Team Management, ability to communicate well with clients, with team members and with internal senior management.
- Delivery to Temp mandates across west locations, Number productivity (around xxx); Increase Temp Hire numbers
- Handles Escalations / issues raised by Clients
- Conversion of Temporary Hiring Mandates
- Client Interactions, Mining of Clients
- Expand Temp Team reach across region in non metro, rural areas through delivery, partnerships, alliances, database and network creation etc
- Manage Cost of Operations, which translates to lowering cost of hire
- Also include ownership on collections, bad debts, oversight of process related activities like offers, recons, do-ability targets
- Span of Control : to start with 25 member temp delivery team, through hierarchy of managers / leads; this may increase to double where needed.
Mandatory Skills:
- Management degree
- Min 10-20 years of experience
- Experience in a client front ending / delivery team/ volume hiring/ bulk recruitment would be preferred
- Non temp hiring experienced person will also work - if he has Talent Acquisition/Exec search or other hiring background, as long as has managed teams small or large.
- Excellent candidates from non hiring background, but experience of managing teams in process driven organisation, with a flair for sales and P&L management may work, provided the candidate has strong skills in problem solving and flair for either sales or marketing.
