Learning & Development
- Creating & Owning a learning vision for the group
- Create & implement capability building framework & design/develop curriculum & strategy for the organization
- Effective assessment & review of the curriculum on year & year basis
- Use effective and blended channels of development: Classroom, E-learning & Virtual Technology Orientation
- Ensuring coverage of employees under development initiatives
- Ensure the capability building on competency needs & behavioural capability building on functional competency needs
- Establish relationship with trainers and training partners for designing & rolling out the training modules
- Will be responsible for L&D functions across COE
TALENT MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
- Develop & deploy competency mapping processes for core business - creation of competency dictionaries, as-is & to-be profiling, assessments and preparation of development plans.
- Design & execution of leadership capability program
- Partner with business leaders to build ownership for IDPs for talent pool & sustain development process on 3E framework (education, experience & exposure) including succession plans for key positions.
- Coaching and leadership development interventions for senior leaders through senior leadership programs
- Talent assessments design and linking with key competencies using psychometrics
- Will be responsible for Talent Management functions across COE
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Performance Management COE - Identifying and implementing PMS policy, conceptualizing and designing the processes and setting up the system to create an enabling culture for high performance through SMART KRA setting, effective review and feedback by managers & reviewers and effective implementation of reward strategy
- Responsible for preparing annual compensation revision budget, merit pay increase metrics, model design and administration for the entire organization. Designed & developed merit matrix for different business units to facilitate appraisal increment
- Aligning rewards strategy with pay for performance as per budget allocated
- Giving inputs for Promotion process and running Promotion cycle Bi annually
- Will be responsible for PMS functions across COE
Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for monitoring recruitment against requirements - new & replacements, as per corporate guidelines and providing the resource on time/in time frame specified and will be responsible for talent acquisition across COE
