Assistant General Manager - Talent Acquisition

Reporting to: Head - HR

Work Location: Plant - Boisar, Maharashtra.

Qualification and Experience:

MBA in Human Resources (Full time) with work experience of more than 15 years.

- Experience in conceptualization, Design & implementation of HR policies related to recruitment.

- Candidates from Textiles sector will be preferred.

Job Description:

- Able to handle the recruitment from supervisory to leadership roles

- Identifying future hiring needs of the organization & developing job description/ specification.

- Organizing Induction and orientation program

- Drafting, Implementing & Amending HR policies related to Talent Acquisition.

- Coordination for verification and other formalities before joining of the candidate.

- Knowledge of SAP HR Module would be an added advantage.

Salary : Upto 16.00 LPA.
