Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end hiring across levels, including diversity, campus, and leadership recruitment

- Collaborate with business and leadership teams to align hiring plans with workforce needs

- Lead and mentor the TA team while building scalable sourcing strategies and talent pipelines

- Oversee recruitment analytics, vendor management, and process optimization

- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and mobilization for new site launches

Ideal Candidate:

- HR professional with 12+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across levels

- Strong exposure to large-scale hiring and site mobilization, preferably in hospitality, catering, or QSR sectors

- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficient in sourcing strategies, MS Excel, and recruitment analytics

- Agile, ethical, and willing to travel for field sourcing and site support across locations
