We're looking for an experienced professional to take charge of strategic initiatives and transformation projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our leadership team to design and execute strategies that propel organizational growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to craft and implement strategies for new and existing projects.

- Lead cross-functional transformation projects with a focus on digital integration and organizational impact.

- Develop and oversee annual plans, incorporating market trends, pricing strategies, and efficient payment structures.

- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and evaluate transaction structures.

- Analyze competitive markets and provide actionable insights for strategic positioning.

- Manage sales pricing strategies, payment plans, and profitability analyses.

- Track and optimize direct costs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Create compelling materials and reports for investors and stakeholders.
