Role and Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the Timely book closure by timely accounting from FSSC for all 6 co's (AR, AR,FA, GL&GLTreasery) Verification and validating the Periodical schedules for all the co's.
2. Ensuring the Timely circulation of MIS to all the co's from FSSC
3. Ensuring the ng confirmation of balances to Vendors/Customers on a quarterly basis and reconciling the same & Collection of MSME
4. Closely working with the Identified team for Digitisation Projects.
5. Supervising the QCC and reviewing the status of MIS and other agreed points as per the QCC Guidelines Collection of Feedback from all the Stake holders ( Yearly) to know the deficiencies and to improve the same.
6. Monitoring the BRS open items in coordination with the Business and ensuring to close on time.
7. Supervising the BMHR payments within the agreed timelines
8. Support to Business on Physical verification of Fixed assets and identify the unused and scrapped assets and dispose of the same.
9. Review of age-wise advances & payable more than 180 days and collect the appropriate reasons for the same Co-ordination with CFT for Automation/process improvement/Digitalisation
10. Train , Develop the Manpower according to the necessity of the Function
Ideal candidate:
1. CA/ CMA with the minimum of 10 Years in AP-AR-GL & FA
2. Accounting Knowledge and Impact of Statuatutory Obligations
3. Knowledge of SAP/Soft skills /Leadership skills etc.
4. Led role in any Finance Shared Services Centre would be an added advantage
