Experience Required: Minimum 3 yrs from Top MBA Colleges (MBA - HR ), maximum 11 yrs from any MBA colleges (MBA - HR)

Job Description :
Job Responsibilities :
1. Design the channel strategy and keep a close watch on the recruitment budgets
2. Optimize sourcing channels to execute speed and costs as per expectation
3. Engage with Senior Management personnel to design Job Descriptions and person specifications for Manager and above positions.
4. Lead the Automation and implementation of Talent Acquisition process
5. Candidate Management at selection stage for AGM and above candidate (Schedule Interviews, organize logistics in coordination with Admin and ensure a good candidate experience)
6. Conduct HR Interviews for all candidates at Sr. Manager and below positions
7. Negotiate offer of employment with selected candidates and release offer within 24 hrs of selection
8. Engage with offered candidates and ensure zero mortality pre joining
9. Induction and Onboarding for all Manager and above candidates.
10. Post joining brief and debrief on candidate settlement with line manager for all Manager and above position
11. Keep in touch with new joiner candidates (Sr. Manager and above) on a fortnightly basis to iron out any settling down issues.
12. Maintain and analyse data pertaining to Talent Acquisition and feed into the HR MIS for President - HR.
