Role & Responsibilities:
Managing Generalist HR activities for around 200-300 employees and ensuring adherence to processes related to Recruitment, Performance Management,Rewards & Recognition, HR Operations, HR compliances, HR budgeting, HR Policies, HR Compensation & Benefits and Employee On boarding
Responsible for building performance culture in the hospital by improving people efficiencies and effectiveness this includes reworking on Org structures, Building people plans and ensuring regular interventions to facilitate smooth people decisions
Responsible for conflict resolution, investigations in employee matters, employee communication and coaching for supervisors on people issues
Driving Change Management across both hospitals by introducing structured HR processes, driving HR automation and by becoming a PMO for a change management project pan max
Partnered with the Compensation Team for ensuring effective and timely appraisals, perform compensation analysis and recommendations as necessary for offers, promotions, adjustments, and articulate need for potential compensation levelling
Leadership Assessment and Development: for around top 150 employees, responsible for designing, executing and analyzing potential assessment for top teams in the 4 hospitals, also working on next steps of the outcomes of this assessment like L&D needs, coaching needs, building Hipo List, compensation benchmarking and building succession plans.
Streamline HR practices: Responsible for streamlining HR practices across the zone. Like
Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction
Driving Change Management across all hospitals and becoming a PMO for a change management projects across the zone (Like reviewing and redesign org charts, restructure of saket complex, building a campus program)
Advising HR Business Partners: on Recruitment, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, HR Operations, HR compliances, HR budgeting and Employee On boarding
Operational Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire lifecycle of project from initiation to support transition.
- Responsible for translating highlevel business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Assist the business in determining business requirements which can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes.
- Lead various work streams such as Data, Reports and Integrations.
- Set up support organization and lead ongoing enhancements.
- Create Board Note with Resources (Budget, Human Resources), Timelines for implementation.
- Create an implementation plan and adhere to Schedule, Cost and Quality of deliverables.
- Migrate to new platform successfully
- Engage with various senior stakeholders in business domain to explain systems strategy in the domain
- Lead cross functional team of business resources, partner resources and IT team members to deliver program requirements
- Communicate project status, issues / roadblocks/ risks and mitigants in a timely manner to senior management.
