Hiring for a leading FMCG/Consumer industry client
Role: AGM Central 2
Areas to be handled: Entire UP (Major revenue area for the client)
Jon Location: Lucknow
To manage the sales of region, control sales team consisting of ASMs & RSM's, Sales Officers and contract sales representatives, maintain a large sales force and ensure each one performs the role that is expected of them and deliver results in line with the organizational expectations. Increase/ decrease manpower allocated and implement local activities to improve sales.
(a) Achievement of sales objectives:
- Break down regional objectives into area wise objectives
- Identify and recruit the manpower required to man the area
- Control reporting sales team to achieve the KRAs allocated to each member
(b) Strategize and implement distribution extension programs :
- Strategize various routes of expanding distribution
- Present plans and obtain approval
- Implement and monitor results
(c) Implement local promotional efforts :
- Coordinate with marketing department to formulate various local activities in the region assigned
- Allocate resources required to implement the local activities
- Monitor results
EDUCATION:
Preferred full time MBA from reputed Management Institute
