We are hiring for the position of Assistant General Manager-Sales with a leading FMCG Industry for Africa Location.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overall responsibilities for developing and updating channel specific trade marketing strategies, across all categories
- Accountable for Sales in General Trade, HoReCa & Complementary segments.
- Lead the team of Department Managers, Team Leader, Key Account Managers & Field Sales force.
- Ensure an increase in the buying customer base with a long-term and sustainable approach by focusing on the customers need and product mix.
- Ensure sustainable business leading to additional revenue
- Developing Strong relationship with Key customers in Trader, HoReCa & Complementary segments
- Assign sales territories, set sales goals, and establish training programs for the organizations sales representatives.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by the staffs to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers' preferences
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
