Assistant General Manager - Sales - Delhi - 5+Years
Location: Delhi
We are looking for an individual who has mix experience of Trade marketing/ Key account manager/ Area sales manager/ Sales development/e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
2. Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the industry.
3. Sales Promotion: Developing and executing sales promotion campaigns, trade marketing activities, and incentive programs to boost sales.
4. Distribution Management: Overseeing the distribution channels, ensuring efficient supply chain management and timely product deliveries.
5. Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to make improvements in products, services, and customer satisfaction.
6. Market Expansion: Identifying the new market opportunities and develop plans for market expansion and growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Handling business of close 100 cr.
2. Handling a team of 4-5 ASM/Sr. ASM.
3. Having sales stint along with TM/SD/KAM/E-com (Any cross functional stint).
4. College pass out of 2015/2016/2017 from a Tier 2/3 - B School (Must).
5. FMCG/Personal Care/FMCD Background required.
