Assistant General Manager


Responsibilities:

- Lead generation through a multi-channel approach, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

- Analyze customer potential and competitive landscape to develop insightful growth strategies and define ideal customer profiles.

- Identify and develop deep business relationships with enterprise clients to secure new business opportunities.

- Manage existing client relationships as a key account manager, focusing on maximizing revenue and client satisfaction.

- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.

- Effectively assess client needs, present CPaaS solutions, and negotiate deals to achieve successful sales outcomes.

- Foster strong collaboration across internal teams (pre-sales, operations, customer service, and commercial) to ensure seamless sales cycle execution.

- Manage revenue deals and ensure timely collections to meet financial targets.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pinnacle's CPaaS products and services to deliver expert client consultations.

- Prepare insightful MIS reports and other sales-related reports to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to your sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success as an AGM or similar leadership role in the IT/Telecom sector, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

- Deep understanding of the CPaaS market landscape, key trends, and competitive dynamics.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and a proven ability to close complex deals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.

- Data-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing and preparing MIS reports
