Experience- in ALC Wall Panel sales

Job Description:

- Maintain a deep understanding of ALC wall panel properties, benefits, and installation techniques.

- Provide technical support and education to the sales team and customers to effectively communicate the advantages of ALC panels.

- Oversee the management of large sales contracts and construction projects involving ALC wall panels.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet project timelines and specifications.

- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and delivery schedules.

- Address any supply chain issues that could impact sales and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and manage the sales department budget, including forecasting and expenditure tracking.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and financial summaries to senior management conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the ALC wall panel sector.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.

- NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred. (Not too many job changes).
