Role:
As AGM Procurement you will be responsible for end to end procurement for the Organization.
Responsibilities:
- End to end sourcing of all items for Pan India as per purchase budget
- Vendor relationship management: Vendor development, onboarding and vendor evaluation
- Coordinate with internal functions and external stakeholders for procurement related matters
- Competitive benchmarking
- Contribution to the bottom line by cost optimization initiatives and negotiations
- Develop alternate suppliers for key items
- MIS: monthly internal reporting including tracking of key prices/ index/ trends
- Lead team for day to day procurement operations
- Coordinate with NPD for successful product launch
- Stay abreast of procurement trends and best practices
- Manage vendor communications, ledger reconciliations and payments
- Develop procurement SOP, vendor ratings and contract management
Requirements:
- B Tech/ MBA - Top Tier / Tier 1 / Tier 2
- 7+ years of F&B procurement experience, preferably in QSR industry
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle the team and manage a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders internal and external
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Comfortable making decisions independently
