- Overall Process owner for the End to End Functional and Behavioral training.

- Lead the Training functional training team for the vertical and specifically focus on improving domain knowledge

- Create Capability framework plan for the vertical and alignment with Operations Leads and L&D strategy team with implementation plans, training calendars, and measures for training effectiveness.

Target as per T&D dashboard benchmarks :

- Average Training man days

- Penetration percentage

- Induction training participation

- Partner And People Satisfaction

- Build capabilities to create a - Global center of excellence

- Effective partnering with business to build capability to deliver both short & long term goals and strategies

- Effectively deploying a judicious blend of learning modes to address capability gaps

Training and Assessments :

- Identify and develop L&D initiatives for effective Performance Management System

- Align to Business Objectives and Identify functional & behavioral development needs of the business

- Projects/ initiatives - Drive core development programs and engagement projects for different employee segment in line with HR policy

- Drive functional training, supporting Global Business vertical in achieving our vision - to be the co-pilot for our business

- Appropriate behavioural & leadership developmental interventions to build diverse & inclusive Talent pipeline

- Drive and induct a Performance & SLA driven culture, with clearly,defined matrices.

- Understand the Requirement and Forecast/identify the Training Demands

- In partnership with the Operations Leads and On shore partners to ensure and drive excellence in the way we operate. Ensure alignment with the business goals - driving Diversity, Quality and any other key initiatives, in partnership with the Respective COEs

- Lead the overall Capability Training Team and act as account manager to, drive Performance Reviews to monitor overall delivery and effectiveness. Escalation Management

- Conduct periodic Health Checks of the overall function on performance indicators - SLA adherence
