Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:


- Develop and implement the overall training strategy for the bank in alignment with business objectives.

Curriculum Development:


- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, curriculum, and modules for various levels of employees.

Faculty Management:


- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of experienced trainers and faculty members.

Training Delivery:


- Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring quality and effectiveness.

Evaluation and Improvement:


- Continuously evaluate training programs, measure their impact, and implement necessary improvements.

Technology Integration:


- Leverage technology to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs.

Industry Benchmarking:


- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in training and development.

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate degree or equivalent from a reputed Government recognized University.

- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Banking Services or Financial Services.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale III or IV in a related field.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proven track record in training and development, with a strong focus on leadership development.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team.

- In-depth knowledge of banking operations and regulatory framework.

- Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management systems
