Job description:
Role & responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Maintain the overall portfolio of projects including IRRs for all projects
- Assist in project planning, across multiple dimensions such as execution timelines, capital requirement, site availability, financial metrics like revenue, EBITDA, sourcing plan etc.
- Conduct scenario planning to identify potential impacts and outcomes of risks and opportunities, to assist in proactive decision making
- Hustle creative solutioning - constantly innovating to solve hard problems
- Explore new tools and processes to scale internal and external workflows that drive over-all program productivity and also positively impact the cost levers within the LOBs.
- Working with cross functional teams including business team, marketing team, operations team, finance team and especially the product team to meet overall company and channel objectives
- Develop optimize processes - scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow; analyze the business to track and improve metrics
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monitoring systems to track performance against key metrics
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize business operations and improve overall performance
- Monitor progress against the annual plan of key project metrics such as - EBITDA, Revenue, IRRs, cash flows of existing projects
- Update and maintain the business model on a near real-time basis
Risk Assessment:
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges that may impact projects. Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for de-bottlenecking issues
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Report and communicate the progress, target achievement any change in the targets to the respective stakeholders
- Liaise with the IC team to ensure consistency with the target plans
- Collaborate with various departments, including execution, finance, marketing, HR etc. to update status of strategic plan implementation
- Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective implementation
