We are hiring for Assistant General Manager Planning (AGM Planning)for a leading real estate developer in Mumbai.

Industry: Real Estate

Education-B.E.(Civil),PG Diploma from NICMAR Preferred

Experience: 10-20 years of experience in Construction industry.

Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as AGM Planning for our real estate township projects.

- The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and have completed NICMAR, showcasing a strong foundation in construction management and planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic project plans for real estate township projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to streamline project planning processes and enhance overall project efficiency.

3. Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and site analysis to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.

4. Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential risks, proposing mitigating strategies as needed.

5. Manage budgetary considerations and cost control measures to ensure projects are executed within financial parameters.

6. Oversee the preparation of project reports, including progress updates, budget reviews, and risk assessments, for presentation to senior management.

7. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance planning methodologies and drive continuous improvement.

8. Foster effective communication channels between stakeholders to maintain a collaborative and transparent project environment.

9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards throughout the planning and execution phases of projects.

10. Mentor and lead a team of planning professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.

2.. Proven experience in planning and managing real estate township projects.

4. Strong understanding of construction management principles, project scheduling, and budgeting.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
