We are looking for an innovative individual to overdrive and oversee the direct to consumer online business through 3rd party platforms with a unique combination of digital content, social media, CRM, digital media execution, customer service and fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities :
- Work with the 3rd party platforms, leveraging the budget framework and KPIs as a channel to drive business & customer satisfaction
- Set up and monitor KPIs with Channel partners
- Drive the development of social media tactics as a channel strategy
- Understanding and ownership of P&L
- Hands-on with Data & Presentation skills
Desired Candidate Profile :
- IIT and 5 - 7 years of post-qualification balanced experience of managing Sales and P&L Management. An experience of working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
- Prior experience of functioning as a profit centre head is desired. Responsible for top-line/bottom-line
- Experience of working with 3rd party vendors and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets.
- Experience of continuous improvement of sales and revenue management goals.
- Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting
- Working experience with diverse groups / stakeholders
- Experience working in a complex environment where there may be conflicting objectives, ability to navigate and pull all into a broader system view, and ability to effectively engage vendors to achieve a goal.
