Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing on field services from a team size of 400+ service engineers

- Manage device movements and keep a track of terminals availability with engineers

- Manage to deploy solutions with in service delivery TAT's

- Maximize merchant activation rate

- Strategically engage team to achieve max productivity at low cost

- Coordinate with technology team to build solutions around emerging challenges at field

- Requires travelling and field visits on regular intervals

Key Skills:

- Experienced in managing large field force

- 8 - 10 years of experience

- MBA is compulsory.
