The job of an operations excellence lead in the retail industry is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- This person is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of the organization. Managing the training, optimizing audits, improving customer service, and streamlining processes.
- The operations excellence head will also work closely with other departments, such as SCM & marketing, to ensure that the company's objectives are met.
- In addition to strategic planning, the operations excellence head is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- This person should have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the retail/QSR industry.
Education Criteria:
