Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate General Manager (AGM) - Marketing to lead the execution of marketing strategies and drive brand presence for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing, from conceptualization to execution, with a focus on managing large-scale campaigns, team leadership, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Execution:
Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies and lead the execution of integrated marketing plans, both digital and offline, to promote residential and commercial projects.
- Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to across multiple projects.
- Brand Management:
Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the real estate market through consistent and impactful branding, communications, and marketing efforts.
- Lead Generation:
Drive targeted lead generation through digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media), traditional media, and on-ground activities to achieve sales objectives.
- Vendor Management:
Manage and coordinate with external agencies, including advertising agencies, media planners, digital marketers, PR firms, and other third-party vendors for effective campaign execution.
- Event and Activation Management:
Plan and execute marketing events, exhibitions, site launches, and promotional activities to maximize engagement and sales conversions.
- Budget Management:
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities, aligning spending with the company's goals and ROI expectations.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer insights studies to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging opportunities in the market.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Design, and Construction, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with project timelines and goals.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing and execution of campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for marketing insights and improvements.
- Budgeting and cost control expertise.
- Familiarity with real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and local market conditions.
