Assistant General Manager - Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- To organize project launches and post launch / functions, inauguration, and liaison with major stake holders. Identify opportunities for campaigns, products & distribution channels that lead to an increase in sales and brand promotion.
- Support the Marketing team in brand launch of multiple residential and Commercial real estate properties across Pan India.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute monthly calendar for marketing activities which could include offline activities for project sustenance.
- Brief the Creative agencies to translate the selling propositions into a marketing campaign which can be easily executed across ATL, BTL and Digital Platforms when needed.
- Responsible for both ATL & BTL as well as communication activities for lead generation
- Responsible for 360- degree marketing campaigns
- Creation of marketing and sale brochures, websites, project specific media strategies and relevant publishing materials
- Co-ordinating with different agencies, Media agencies, advertising agencies, event companies for material printing and executing when needed.
- Responsible for Creatives, Collateral and Content (including queries by the media, speeches and communication) development, corporate campaign, website upgradation and digital strategy.
- Ensuring and regularly reviewing the Marketing Budgets
- Conduct an extensive market and competition study to arrive at the core positioning for the brand and its key communications pillars.
- Candidate with some technical knowledge of digital marketing is preferable.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as given by the management from time to time.
