Roles and Responsibilities:
Must-Have:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ATL strategies, including TV campaigns, outdoor media, and digital marketing, to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead national marketing campaigns focused on enhancing brand awareness and achieving key marketing objectives.
- Oversee and manage field marketing activities such as in-store activations, consumer promotions, and product sampling programs to engage customers at the ground level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and vendors to ensure effective execution of field-level marketing initiatives.
- Take full responsibility for the marketing department's Profit & Loss, ensuring that marketing investments drive profitable growth.
- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend and making adjustments when needed.
- Work collaboratively with finance and sales teams to align marketing budgets and expenditures with overall business goals.
- Lead consumer research initiatives to gather insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure that new product launches are supported with integrated marketing efforts across channels.
- Plan and execute creative marketing initiatives that drive consumer demand, expand market share, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to team members to ensure professional growth and skill enhancement.
