- Work closely with Marketing, Food platform, Training and Client teams to ensure that the solution deployed works well for the particular site and is customized to its needs
- Should have a good knowledge of retail techniques in terms of merchandising and display
- Have an understanding of consumers and create / deploy solutions which appeal to the consumers and provide them the right experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to feedback and further develop and strengthen solutions.
- Work with the Regional Marketing team for guidance on research and alignment with segment strategy.
- Bring in innovation in the business and look at new and different ways of improving consumer experience
- With support from the Operations teams aim to deliver a unique value proposition focused on Quality of Life on ground.
- Ensure operations are managed safely and in compliance with applicable rules and standards.
