Specific Accountabilities:

- Leading a team of Trainers for the distribution channel to drive Sales Deliverable through Training.

- Establish key Training strategy and Processes for the Channel & implement learning roadmaps specific to the individual Learning Requirement

- Driving the key training strategies laid down from time to time

- Partnering with the bank to create and execute learning strategies

- Creating & implementing various Training related processes to align with the IRDAI guidelines & organization board policies

- Partner with Sales to drive development & productivity of sales associates

- Coach and Develop Sales Organization to help create an environment of Learning

- Develop and manage certification processes, implementing evaluation process online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on knowledge and skills of all the trainees

- Ensure standardisation of delivery across the Channel and measure training effectiveness

- Deliver stand up training basis training roadmap

- Continuous upgrade trainer knowledge & skills as per standard

- Implementation of Learning Roadmap through Sales Stakeholders

Skills Required:

- Proven abilities to lead a team of people

- Ability to strategize for the training organization and proven experience in establishing Processes and System ( Writing SOP )

- Proven abilities to adapt to technologies to manage change in Learning

- Ability to influence without formal reporting lines, and relate to people at all levels specially Bank and Distribution Sales

- Knowledge on Banking and Insurance and interest in Financial Domain

- Ability to execute different levels of certification programs across channels and functions

- Ability to build uniformity & standardization of Communication in monthly quarterly reporting

- Ability to monitor and drive persistently through Learning Management System (LMS)

- Ability to manage both the creative and administrative aspects of the role

- Degree/Diploma/ Certification in Training

- Should have excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
