Job Role:

- Land Acquisition for one of the largest Industrial

- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of statutory norms, Development Control Regulations

- Familiarity with national and local building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws governing construction and development projects.

- Developing and testing emergency response plans specific to construction sites.

- Ability to collaborate with consultants and effectively utilize AutoCAD for multiple projects in industrial, warehousing, and commercial domains

- Understanding of project lifecycle, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to timelines.

- Familiarity with various land liaison policies, procedures for obtaining approvals, and strategic contributions to land use planning.
