We are looking to close an Assistant General Manager - IT position with one of the topmost FMCG Conglomerates in India. The position is based in Delhi

Job Details:

- Candidate must have strong understanding of Oracle Technologies - ADW, Power BI, and emerging areas like Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

- Effectively manage stakeholders, understand their business requirements, and provides adequate solution

- Lead data related initiatives in the organization and execute end to end delivery of Projects

- Manage the BI Budgets and spends and provide quarterly updates

- Oversee the development and maintenance of our company's BI platforms, tools, and data warehouses

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Develop and execute a BI strategy that influences business decisions and directly contributes to our company's performance

- Utilize Oracle technologies to optimize data retrieval, analysis, and reporting

- Design, develop, and maintain robust BI dashboards using Power BI / Power Apps

- Implement ML/AI technologies to drive automation and gain insights from complex data sets

- Lead a team of BI / Data analysts and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- FMCG experience is appreciated.
