Assistant General Manager - IT

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement an IT strategic plan to add value to the business by generating more revenue and reducing costs.

- Prepare, track, and control cost-effective AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and Capex budget for IT.

- Manage complete IT operations, IT Service Management, and SAP S4 Hana modules across all plants and fields.

- Provide effective solutions for issues raised by users.

- Establish and maintain a strong, safe, and secure IT infrastructure which includes information security, data security and network security.

- Create, Evaluate, and Implement IT policies, processes, and procedures.

- Effectively maintain all the hardware and software (including AMCs, etc)

- IT Audits and compliances.

- IT Asset Management.

- IT Infrastructure management, data backup and support.

- IT systems & business application Management and support.

- External vendor management for procurement and maintenance of hardware, software, and adequate/appropriate licenses.

- Manage and maintain all servers (co-location, Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, and in-house), ensuring all servers have uptime 24X7.

- Manage and maintain the O365 license and all other licenses.

- Manage and Maintain SAP S4 Hana and all third-party applications and their interfaces.

- Company Website Management.

- Run Disaster Recovery drills and make backup plans for all critical data in the company.

- Actively involve in New Systems implementation from an IT perspective.

- Coordinate with SAP AMS partner and head the in-house SAP and IT team.

- Develop appropriate IT architecture for future expansions as per the company's vision

- Automate and simplify processes to increase the speed of work

- Knowledge of SAP interfaces, Basis and ABAP.

- Leadership skills to manage both IT and SAP teams
