Roles & Responsibilities :
- To develop and implement an international sales strategy in line with the organizational strategy.
- Monitor entire sales to achieve the annual sales target.
- Ensure high market share by leading initiatives for expansion.
- Fulfill customer demand in order to maximize sales revenue and maximize OTIF.
- Supervise production planning of orders, ensure timely dispatch
- Liaise with BD team for identifying leads to add new dealers and open new channels in the market
- Give timely feedback to R&D & production team after analyzing market surveillance
- Lead and maintain timely collections
Important Pointers :
- Extensive travel in Europe market
- Channel distribution - should have in-depth knowledge of channel partners /dealers/distributors in above-mentioned countries/continents.
