Assistant General Manager- HR
Job Responsibiltiites:
As a part of the Corporate HR, you will be responsible for delivery of a broad generalist service - while focussing on Talent Development, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Performance Management and Cultural Intiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
- Involve in providing strategic inputs on the hiring plans. recruitment budgets.sources of recruitment, sign off on the salaries and terms, supervise adherence to recruitment profile, timelines and costs.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the continued roll out of a consistent performance management process that focuses employee's efforts on the achievement of business goals and attainment of requisite skills/competencies to sustain profitable growth.
Talent Management - encompassing:
- Succession Planning , Career planning, HI-PO Management
- Develop and administer a process which focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs.
- Serve as a resource to recruiting and business partners in the identification of candidates for critical roles.
- Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools.
Organizational Development and Design:
- Identify and analyze organization effectiveness opportunities and recommend initiatives that address global and regional opportunities based on business strategy.
Organizational Leadership:
- Form collaborative relationships with Human Resources leaders and Business Partners in order to execute talent strategies and efforts to support the growth/strategic objectives of the company.
Talent Development:
Leadership Development:
- Ensure an ongoing process to continuously enhance the knowledge and capability of key talent in order to enable these managers to effectively lead the organization toward achievement of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Align C&B policies, deploy C&B process (Competition Mapping, Benchmarking Exercises, roll out of compensation structures, job grading, Benefits management, Incentive plans, etc...)
Talent Engagement:
HR Policies & Systems: Develop and implement innovative HR policies and systems suited for a growth oriented organization
Candidate Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience in handling the HR from a large Manufacturing conglomerate
- MBA/ MSW (HR) - Full time, mandatory
- Excellent team handling, stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication
