The role of AGM -Human Resources position is primarily accountable to support the ongoing growth and profitability of the organization through planning, developing, organizing, measuring, evaluating and rewarding the human resource performance of the organization.
You will be responsible for :
- End to end recruitment process,
- Strategic/Business planning process and its implementation,
- Organizational structure,
- Business models and implications
- HRIS Architecture and technology,
- Total Talent Management (including Talent acquisition, Talent retention and development),
- Labour laws and related laws and its compliance,
- Corporate Social Responsibility & Practises,
