Unit HR Head for a Process Manufacturing client
- Identify and develop Human Resources- knowledge and competencies through performance appraisals/counseling, competency mapping for both MS and NMS Employees.
- Ensure zero stoppage of the plant on account of Industrial Relations.
- Public Relations (Critical), Liasioning with local bodies, Liasioning with local communities.
- Motivate, Encourage people participation through 5-S / suggestion scheme / SGAs / Committees, etc., through creating ownership at other senior management level and welfare activities.
- Streamline Contract Labour Management by identifying the gaps and initiating action. Ensure HR/society surveys are done and based on feedback, necessary initiatives are taken up.
- Designing and implementation of all HR processes/plans related to Plant covering People resource planning, People knowledge identification development, People Involvement process, Communication process, and rewards & recognition.
- Key skills - Recruitments. Public Relations (Critical), Liasioning with local bodies, Liasioning with local communities, Manpower planning, Contract Labor Management aspects, such as initiating and development of new process, practices, etc.,.
- Qualification : MSW /MBA/M.A - HR, IRPM; LLB will be an Added advantage
