Job Description :
Reporting into the CHRO/VP you will be responsible to :
- Prepare the manpower budget for the company
- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
The Successful Applicant :
- As a successful candidate, you should have 10-15 years of experience in HR & IR with manufacturing setups along with experience of working in corporate set ups for 4-5 years
- Knowledge of new HR Tools and techniques along with experience in HR Operations, Labour Laws, Payroll and Compliance is required
- Should have proper knowledge of implementation of OD intervention
- Excellent people management skills and charismatic personality
- Experience in managing scale and multi-site experience
