Assistant General Manager - HR Business Partner Shared Services - BPO

We are seeking an experienced Shared Services HR Partner (HRP) to drive HR service excellence, process optimization, and strategic HR initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR shared services, ensuring seamless HR business partnering, and collaborating with business leaders to enhance employee experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Shared Services Management: Lead and manage HR shared services operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align HR services accordingly.

- Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.

- HR Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining compliance standards.

- Technology & HR Systems: Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting.

- Employee Relations & Issue Resolution: Address employee concerns, grievances, and escalations with a problem-solving approach.

- Service Delivery & SLAs: Establish and monitor HR service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality HR support.

- Performance Management Support: Work closely with HRBPs to facilitate performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.

- Data Analytics & Reporting: Generate HR reports, analyze trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
