- Strong as HRBP,Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Reward and Recognitions, OD, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, HR Operations.
- Partner with business function.
- Support leadership in getting the right solution for people issues and help achieve business priorities.
- Also, ensure HR priorities and focus areas are implemented across branch offices, line managers are aligned with the organization's focus areas on the people front.
- Talent Acquisition- Hiring within TAT, ensure quality of hire and channel mix, induction and onboarding as per guidelines.
- Talent Management- Identify high potential, through talent reviews & assessments, and building an internal talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Own the performance management system, with quality and rigor, build culture of continuous feedback, performance calibrations, PIPs, and bottom boxing.
- Productivity & Effectiveness (Sales organization)- Ensure headcount is as per productivity norms and optimum utilization.
- Great Work Place (GWP) initiative- Employee engagement activities, open house, cascade important communications, connect with the branches
- Employee relations- Maintain healthy employee relations and grievance handling.
