Position ; Circle Sales Manager

Level : AGM/DGM Level.

Reports to VP sales

Location : Aurangabad- Maharashtra

Industry: Telecom, Consumer durable, appliances , Electronics manufacturing only

Brief Description of the Role: Responsible for customer acquisition, recharge billing/ availability while managing sales and distribution in the assigned territory.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned territory

- Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.

- Ensure appropriate sale channels contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.

- Infra build up and business drive by D2C channels

- Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the market place.

- Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers to ensure high ARPU

- Man Management of sales team to ensure highly motivated Team.

- Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ customers/ competition.

- Manage Trade marketing budgets.

- Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD.

- Custodian of company's policy and procedure in the assigned territory.
