Job Description - Senior Retail Leasing Profile on the Developer Side.

Job Description: 

- To achieve the gross leasing & net leasing targets set out for the malls

- Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan for the mall as per the positioning.

- Attain rate leadership in the market

- Network and utilise existing contact base & relationships to pull new, contemporary brands in to the country.

- Train the team to achieve timely leasing targets within the business plan framework.

- Ensure documentation is 100% compliant at all times with the lease admin dept.

- Coordinate with Internal departments

- Manage excellent relationship with tenants, partners and ensure high level of Client satisfaction.

- Legal acumen to negotiate very tight contracts

Profile: 

- Minimum of 12 years of Work Experience in a pure leasing role from either the Brand Side or a Property Consultancy.

- Good network of Brokers and Brand contacts (especially International Brands)

- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
